Berry Smoothie Bowl

 
 
 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)

  • 1/2 cup coconut or almond milk

  • 1/2 cup MOO Yoghurt (we love using our Greek Style or Creamy Smooth yoghurt!)

  • 1/4 cup oats

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Topping

  • Mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, linseed, pepitas etc)

  • Handful of granola/muesli

  • x1 kiwi sliced

  • Handful cranberries or goji berries

  • Mint

Method

  1. Allow the berries to partially defrost at room temperature

  2. Put all the smoothie ingredients into a blender and process until you reach the desired consistency. Hint: it should be smooth and slightly thick!

  3. Pour into a bowl and layer the toppings over the surface

  4. Enjoy!
