Berry Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
2 cups mixed frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
1/2 cup coconut or almond milk
1/2 cup MOO Yoghurt (we love using our Greek Style or Creamy Smooth yoghurt!)
1/4 cup oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
Topping
Mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, linseed, pepitas etc)
Handful of granola/muesli
x1 kiwi sliced
Handful cranberries or goji berries
Mint
Method
Allow the berries to partially defrost at room temperature
Put all the smoothie ingredients into a blender and process until you reach the desired consistency. Hint: it should be smooth and slightly thick!
Pour into a bowl and layer the toppings over the surface
Enjoy!
